A-The raw material sample:

From each lot, samples are taken from every sack at different depth of

these sacks. These samples are mixed together into one big sample divided

 into ten samples. All the ten samples are labeled by farm name, crop, plot

location, date, protocol, etc…

The third one is to be sent for microbial and Aflatoxins analysis.

The fourth one is to be sent for determining the essential oils percentage analysis.

The fifth one is to be sent for determining the moisture percentage analysis.

The other five samples are to be kept in the company as reference samples for at least 2 years (the recommended shelf life of the product)

B- The final product sample


The same procedures mentioned above in raw material sampling are to be applied, in addition to another 11th sample to be analyzed for metal detection.
